Reservation Agreement

1. Agreement1. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. All deposits are NON refundable. Cancellation policy: For any reservation cancelled up to 48 hours before the charter, there is a 50% charge; Any reservation cancelled during 48 hours before charter, there is a 100% charge for cancellation. 2. Company shall not be held responsible for late arrival or cancellation of service caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, mechanical breakdown before or while on charter, incorrect pickup or drop off information, any situation beyond our control and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damages to the limousine caused during the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn, gum or drink spillage. Sanitation fee is $250.00and up. $10 for any broken or missing glassware. Under age drinking and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. No Smoking permitted in the limo.If smoking is detected- ride will terminate. 3. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Overtime count is by the hour. 4 . Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. Heavy rain, accidents, etc.). 5. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 6. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. 7. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.8. By signing this form, I authorize Ambience Limo to bill my credit card for any and all outstanding balances due for their services. By signing the form below and authorizing Ambience Limo to bill my credit card accordingly, I waive my right to dispute any and all of the charges associated with the services provided by Ambience Limo on the dates associated with the reservation agreement.
